Just make sure to wipe them with sanitiser before you release them.

You can print the Neuro Pride or Autism Stone Challenge logo on your rocks or simply paint and decorate them whichever way you like!

All you need is:
– Rocks (smooth ones work well)
– Paint (e.g. acrylic paint)
– Paint pots or palette
– Paint brush, sponge or roller
– A fine paint brush for writing or acrylic paint pens (e.g. Posca pens)
– Sealer spray (if painted stones are going to be placed outside)

Optional:
If you would like to print the Neuro Pride or Autism Stone Challenge logos onto your rocks, you need:
– Printer
– Paper
– ModPodge

Just follow the video on the day or, if you prefer, you can find detailed instructions here.

Join Cír on a guided meditation suitable for Neurodivergent people!
Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or someone who thinks meditation just isn’t for you, you are welcome to give this one a try!

“I can’t sit still”, “Focusing on my breath is boring!”, “I can’t visualise a beach in my mind’s eye.” – if any of these sound familiar, don’t worry, we get it! No need to sit still, you are welcome to stim, fidget, flap, rock – any repetitive movement can be very meditative. And if you can’t or don’t want to focus on your breath or visualise a landscape, just focus on a comfort object, a plant, a fidget toy, a lovely scent, whatever works for you!

There are no expectations, there’s no right or wrong way to do this. Just put on your comfiest clothes and come as you are. Let’s relax and release some stress together.
